Affirmations to use with your tapping!

Tapping makes life go easier by Dr. Rivene, April 2026.

Dear Patients: Whether your joyful or in struggle using affirmation for your tapping can make all the difference.

Tapping Away

Nick of thetappingsolution.com suggests using affirmations as we tap. Note: tapping will reduce your cortisol levels (stress) but we find it’s nice to have something to tap in.

Nick says read through the list and notice how just reading them begins to change your mindset (those are probably good ones to add to your repertoire).

  1. I am stronger than I think.
  2. I am more capable than I realize.
  3. I recognize how far I’ve come.
  4. I call on my strengths of creativity and determination whenever I need to.
  5. I give myself permission to ask for help and lean on my support system.
  6. I can do really hard things.
  7. No storm lasts forever.
  8. I trust good is on its way.
  9. I trust in myself and I trust life.
  10. I’ve got this!

Now let’s take one deep breath in together, and one breath out… (pause). Tap your favorite affirmations when you are feeling joy. And whenever you face a hurdle start tapping. You are divine, perfect as you are, strong, on a journey to joy, freedom, health, and evolution.

Look for the gifts bestowed by the creative force in times of difficulties, trials, and mishaps. All sorrow and toil hides mercy to be received, we must look for it. All sacrifice becomes a gift of greater love and understanding.

A few additional affirmations for your tapping from Jim to play with

  • Only good comes to me.
  • Go into your heart and allow yourself to receive greater understanding and look for guidance.
  • Forgive someone else. It is divine and is always a gift to yourself that frees you.
  • I allow myself to receive the blessings, especially when it appears the darkest.
  • I am OK just as I am.
  • It’s OK I don’t know how, I keep on, and I am learning how to do it.

In your service, with love,

Dr Zaida Rivene and Jim
