PS – We had a great “first quarter intention review – creating intention success” last week. Three courageous souls braved the cold to join me all the way from Malta and South Africa. The group settled on a common desire to handle distraction and focus on their goals.

Some highlights:

  1. Keep your goals in mind (sight) I pasted mine in my diary and put my  vision board on the cover ( see picture below) so it’s with me when I carry my diary.

2. Review goals regularly (I do it first thing in morning after aligning) and                                                   create my  goals for the day.

3. Prioritize your response to life’s requests and distraction by noting if it’s                                                  in alignment with your values, vision to stay focus and weed out                                                                distraction. “Distraction Extinguishes Progress to Success”

Join us for the second quarter review in June, put it on your calendar now!; see the schedule on the Events  Page

From the N2 (Cape Town towards George) Take the first Swellendam exit (left). This is the R60. Proceed (1km+) through the 4 way stop and continue approximately 2-3 km and look for a sign for the Hermitage. Make a hard right (270 degrees). After the turn continue about 200 meters and turn left at first road (dirt). Proceed 300 meters and turn left into Red Roan Ranch and go to bottom of hill (the main house).
