Jim’s Power Affirmations for health, wellness and fitness in 2024:
Read these statements out loud first thing in the morning for the next 66 days to revolutionize your health. Visualize each statement for a moment before going to the next or tap the meridian end-points. Do these activities suggested and find the magic of transformed health.
- I prioritize my health and wellness first thing each morning by deeply connecting to my true self in meditation, prayer and introspection. Tapping in any affirmations Dr. Rivene has given me.
- I start each morning with a warm glass of lemon and water to cleanse the toxins.
- I do a little deep belly breathing for calm and stillness.
- I move a little to release cortisol (stress) and increase feel good hormones and BDNF (growth factors) for improved mental and physical well-being.
- I release and increase my energy with yoga or Qi Gong rather than relying on short term external stimulants to get myself alert and ready for the day.
- I avoid screens and email for the first hour of the morning to care for myself and plan my agenda for the day before listen to news and external demands that may hi-jack my day.
- I manage my thoughts to protect my positivity and immediately tap out any automatic negative thoughts that I detect.
- I do Qi Gong or six sounds procedures to free my emotional/mental state whenever I notice emotions taking over.
- I fuel myself with plant based predominant foods:
- a high water content breakfast
- big lunch
- smaller dinner
- big fresh squeezed juices for each meal to restore missing nutrients of today’s food.
