Power Intention Experiment Circle, First Trial.

On our vacation last month in addition to rest, we explored some new books and a course taught by Greg Braden, Bruce Lipton and Lynn McTaggart called Technology, Consciousness, and Evolution. It is a wonderful course that highlights many of the issues challenging humanity right now and the divide between our humanity and trans-humanism. One thing that fascinated us was Lynn McTaggart’s work with her Global Intention Experiment and the Power of eight small group intention experiments.

We tried our first one with a small group of 7 people the other week and had a lot of fun and a nice effect with the participant receiving the intention and all the intention givers receiving a reciprocal benefit.  To learn more about setting your own power of eight group up get the pdf from Lynn at her website:  https://lynnemctaggart.com/free-downloads/.

Creating your own Power Intention Experiment

In short to create a power intention experiment circle of your own:

  1. Select a group member with a healing challenge of some sort (emotional or physical) who would like to be the target of the healing intention. Have the target tell her/his problem in detail.
  2. Spend a few moments talking over and designing the intention statement that you will all hold together.
  3. Gather around in a circle. Either join hands or place the nominated subject in the middle of the circle.
  4. Have the members of the group close their eyes and concentrate on inhaling and exhaling. Each should hold the intention statement in mind while imagining, with all five senses, the intention recipient as healthy and well in every way. All members should then send out the intention through their hearts. The intention recipient should remain open to receive.
  5. Hold this intent and send out the intention for 10 minutes. Take a few moments to “come back” into the room.
  6. Ask the receiver to describe how she/he feels, and if they experienced any changes, positive or negative.
  7. Ask the other members to take turns sharing experiences. Take note of any feelings of palpable oneness, as well as any improvement in the conditions of both senders and receivers..
  8. Keep a careful note of any monthly progress in your own life: your health, your relationships, your career, your life’s purpose.

Our first volunteer had sore stiff knees, trouble balancing, trouble walking, and knees that sometimes felt like they were going to fold or not support them.

We developed an intention (that also related to other participants knees) as follows:

“I walk confidently and pleasurably on knees that are strong, stable and I am in balance.”

The senders visualized seeing them walk, hearing them walk, sensing their pleasure walking, and used a form like: “Name, walks confidently and pleasurably on knees that are strong, stable and she/he is in balance.”

We held it for 10 minutes and gently came back to the room and the circle. Our intention recipient described the experience as

relaxing, nose dripping and felt warmth.

The senders felt it was enjoyable for the most part and reported the following:

Migraine felt better, sensed energy leaving from the group and leaving the house.

Felt intense heat and joy similar to joy of running

Hot very focused and joyful

Felt their heart with a childlike joy and knee felt better

Energized

Knee vibrating, feels better

It will be interesting to see what happens as each participate becomes the recipient and refine our power intention experiment practice. The group seemed to enjoy it and it was a fun afternoon. Consider trying it with some friends and seeing what develops.

Happy Festive Season and New Year, May you live in Love, Joy and Bliss more and more each day

From the N2 (Cape Town towards George) Take the first Swellendam exit (left). This is the R60. Proceed (1km+) through the 4 way stop and continue approximately 2-3 km and look for a sign for the Hermitage. Make a hard right (270 degrees). After the turn continue about 200 meters and turn left at first road (dirt). Proceed 300 meters and turn left into Red Roan Ranch and go to bottom of hill (the main house).
