In March 2017, We decided to explore producing 100% of our organic food needs for the retreats and this is our story. Robert Damstra, horticulturist and permaculture expert, joined us shortly thereafter and heads up our sustainability project. Meditation Challenge has started!
The October meditation challenge has started and we have an enthusiastic group learning four meditation techniques over fourteen days in the comfort of their homes. This interactive course is held over the internet, Our next challenge will be in December or January. We have fresh organic produce available!
Seasonal selections will be available as we have extra. This week we have spinach (swiss chard R10 for 400 g) great for green juice and mixed salad greens (curly lettuce, radicchio, parsley, etc. R10 for 200 g).
Send Jim an email to (firstname.lastname@example.org)
and indicate what you want and when you will be at the clinic to pick it up. We will have it ready for you. A limited amount may be available on the day, talk with Jim or Robert. Once you sign up we will send you a list of what’s available and you can tell us what you want and when you are in the clinic for pickup.
