2 April 2020 Day 7 (Clean 7) – Self-care: Cleaning health tips
Welcome to Day 7 (Clean 7), – Self Care – Reach for Relief; start your day from Love.
As we start our morning, checking in and seeing if we are in alignment with the deeper part of ourselves is very important as we found out yesterday in relationship to our true desires. When you are in alignment with the deeper part of yourself you will feel good and be on the love side of the emotional tone scale (see our articles at the website). When we have a wobble and slip into the contrast we feel negative and experience negative “fear” based emotions. It is important to check in regularly and stop the wobble as quickly as possible. To reach at any moment and especially first thing in the morning for the best feeling thought you can, will start to yield a wonderful life for you.
If you feel good when you open your eyes: use gratitude and “I Thank Infinite Spirit for another wonderful day I am creating. I spread the news and share joy as I move forward in my day”.
But if you are wobbling and feeling contrast; take a deep breath and lean into that wobble. Know that you went back to the wobble you were feeling before you went to bed. While we sleep, we return to alignment – even an uncomfortable dream is relief and everything is working for you. Waking in a state of wobble when recognized, gives you the opportunity to take a breath realize you are going against the flow and to let go to the current of love which will gently turn you back into the flow if you stop resisting and allow. This is relief!
To encourage the dissolution of resistance use tapping (link) by starting to talk it out while tapping, gently nudge yourself to relief (something you are aligned with – like petting your dog, seeing a babies face, successes in the area you are challenged, etc.) and start bringing yourself back to relief. This is practicing the art of deliberate creating – not letting the hiccups derail you, changing your response, creating what you want (a wonderful day), setting the day you want, tapping it in, visualizing what you want to Be (80%), then from that aligned relief state of being adding the Action (20%) and then Have the end result .
It is wonderful doing 20% more Being with visualization, trial running your day, and open to receiving in the state of gratitude and joy. Tapping: I am allowing, I choose to let go of resistance, I am accepting, everything is lined up for me, and this is what I want ___________.
Try this for 21 days to see the effects first hand. Continue the practices from previous days for the entire program to fully experience the benefits.
Take Away (Clean 7): Be more in your life (80%) and only from alignment add the action (20%) and see what you can create.
