3 Gratitudes tap in and Great day: June 2022

Have a 3 Gratitudes – Great Day

I like to start my day with a tap in (EFT – emotional freedom technique) for a great day. Recently I have been combining the great day affirmation with three things I am grateful for in this moment this morning for this new 3 gratitude – great day tap in for the morning. Enjoy!.

I am reminded of a story about Tony Robbins, a great NLP expert and life coach. He asked two quite successful businessman about what they were grateful for when they woke each morning. The first investor Ralph said “I am really enjoying myself this year, I have already made most of my $10 Million dollar goal for the year, but I wish it would come quicker and work has been very tiring and slow this year.” He then invited the next man Gerald, also an investor to share “I am really excited to be alive for another day and to be able to bring my gifts to the world. Tony asked and how are you doing on your goals, he replied: I’m on target for exceeding my goals of $12 Million and am going to finance a non-profit to give back some of my wins to the needy.

Tony then turned to the audience, which gentlemen you suppose is enjoying his life and finding the meaning and joy in his life. The agreement was unanimous that the second gentleman was more likely to be successful and more importantly was having more fun.

What are you grateful for in the moment?

Take a moment and find three things you can feel good about. Don’t create a set you always use, be in the moment and find a new set every time you do this. Need some ideas:

I feel alive, I’m happy to have another day to love and express myself, etc. (the process of life)

The early morning sun feels so good it makes me joyful, I love my special early morning connection to myself and Source/God, etc. (what I like about this morning)

I am excited to embrace the new day, I’m overjoyed to have an opportunity to shine, etc. (new day, new opportunities)

I like the mountain in front of me, I like the clouds, the birds singing, etc. (something in my environment)

I love my morning music, I like to stretch and it makes me feel good, etc. (something I do)

3 Gratitudes – Great Day Tap In

Follow the procedure below filling in the 3 things you are grateful for.

  1. Do this opening statement: three times with the separate options each time (1st rejoice, 2nd applaud, so on) you tap it in to the karate chop point, side of hand:

As I wake I (rejoice, applaud, love) this great morning and completely love, and (forgive; forgive and accept; forgive, accept and honor) myself.

  1. Ask yourself: What am I grateful for in this moment? (look around, feel around) and write it down _____________________________________________. Need some examples: I feel alive, I’m happy to have another day to love and express myself, etc. Tap this in to the body points.

The body points are:     3rd eye, side of eye, under eye, under nose, under bottom lip, collar bone point, under arm, and back of head.

  1. Ask yourself: What am I grateful for in this new moment? (look around, feel around) and write it down _____________________________________________ Ex: The early morning sun feels so good it makes me joyful, I love my special early morning connection to myself and Source/God, etc. Tap this in to the body points.
  1. Ask yourself: What am I grateful for in this new moment? (look around, feel around) and write it down _____________________________________________ Ex: I am excited to embrace the new day, I’m overjoyed to have an opportunity to shine, etc. Find something you feel good about now, update it daily be in the present moment “I enjoying being alive!” Tap this in to the body points.
  1. Tap 3x on the karate point: Today I’m going to have a (really, truly, extraordinarily) great day!
  1. Tap the following statements into its specified body point:

3rd eye                                  I am going to have a great day

Side of eye                         I am going to have a really great day

Under eye                          I am going to own my exquisite joy

Under nose                        I am going to own my power

Under bottom lip             I choose to love my self

Collar bone point             I choose to honor myself

Under arm                          I choose to feel great

Back of head                      I am going to have a really great day.

  1. Tap the following statements into its specified body point:

3rd eye                                 I enlist the power of the Universe to have a great day

Side of eye                         I ask the Universe to increase my Joy, Love and Happiness

Under eye                          To stay focused on what makes me Happy

Under nose                        To live with the power of Blissful Joy

Under bottom lip             To connect with my inner Happiness

Collar bone point             To connect with my youthful curiosity

Under arm                          To connect with my youthful exuberance

Back of Head                      To connect with my natural state of well-being and Ease

3rd eye                                  To be grateful for my wonderful physical body temple

Side of eye                         I am happy to be alive at this time and moment

Under eye                          I am happy and enough right Now

Under nose                        I know living occurs in the moment and I remain in the Present Moment

Under bottom lip             To stay open to explore and Evolve today

Collar bone point             So I am going to have a really Great day.

Under arm                          I Breathe in deeply feeling Inspired

Back of head                      I Breathe out deeply feeling Gratitude for my really great life.

Have a really great day and catch yourself and correct to have a truly great day. Change this to make it yours. The more vibrational accuracy to what you feel and want the better results it will produce. If you can’t see yourself in one of the statements (you groan thinking that’s not me or whatever) find something that you can be and replace it. Long term tap the offending statement using the replace negative response protocols (link) to create more freedom joy and bliss.

From the N2 (Cape Town towards George) Take the first Swellendam exit (left). This is the R60. Proceed (1km+) through the 4 way stop and continue approximately 2-3 km and look for a sign for the Hermitage. Make a hard right (270 degrees). After the turn continue about 200 meters and turn left at first road (dirt). Proceed 300 meters and turn left into Red Roan Ranch and go to bottom of hill (the main house).

After the turn continue about 200 meters and turn left at first road (dirt).  Proceed 300 meters and turn left into Red Roan Ranch and go to bottom of hill (the main house).

GPS:  S34 degrees 01.367 minutes, E020 degrees 25.193 minutes. Note most GPS units (Garmin, etc.) have the wrong coordinates for Red Roan Ranch.
